for the de facto complainant Upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for the parties as well as the counsel appearing for the de facto complainant, who is the mother of the victim girl, and upon considering the statement of the victim girl which recounts the specific incident in question, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. This is also by reason of the fact that both the de facto complainant as well as the victim girl are scheduled to record their evidence on 17th November, 2021. CRM 6889 of 2021 is accordingly dismissed.

Since the accused has been in custody from 13th January, 2021, we request the learned Judge, Special Court

under POCSO Act to expedite the hearing of the proceedings in the best way possible.
