Learned lawyers for the State and de facto complainant oppose the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner admitted his guilt before the magistrate under section 164 Cr.P.C. Incriminating articles have already been recovered from his possession.

In view of the aforesaid materials and gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
