Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the police authorities were reluctant to trace out the accused persons and as such, has approached this Court.

However, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that in course of pendency of the present writ petition, the accused person was arrested and produced before the court and subsequently he has been enlarged on bail. Petitioner is aggrieved regarding the documents relating to the criminal case not being seized by the investigating agency.

State has submitted a report which reflects that in connection with Electronics Complex Police

Station Case No. 107 of 2019 dated 21.10.2019, charge-sheet has already been submitted.

If the petitioner is aggrieved regarding the outcome of the investigation, petitioner would approach the jurisdictional court under the relevant provisions of law. Learned Magistrate would exercise his discretion and pass necessary directions as he deems fit and proper.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 16110 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
