We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is on interim bail. He has complied with the conditions of bail. There is no allegation of misuse of liberty by the petitioner. 3.

Under such circumstances, we are inclined to confirm the interim bail of the petitioner subject to the same terms and conditions.
