Ms. Sreyasree Choudhury ... ... for the petitioner Ms. Choudhury, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is a typographical mistake in the order dated 18th August, 2025 and he prays for correction of the same.

On perusal of the order dated 18th August, 2025, it is revealed that in the third line of the third paragraph of the second page instead of "Howrah" in the instant writ petition, it should be read as "Paschim Medinipur" The other portion of the order dated 18th August, 2025 shall remain the same. The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
