Case number and date appearing in the third paragraph of the first page has been wrongly recorded as "304 of 2021 on July 16, 2021" in stead of "490 of 2021 on October 1, 2021".

Such mistake being apparent and ministerial in nature, Office is directed to carry out such correction by replacing the wrong case number and date with the correct one, as indicated above, and upload the same in the server and shall also issue certified copy, if applied for.
