The report filed by the Officer-in-Charge, Pandua Police Station is taken on record.

Upon perusal of the said report, it appears that after 2012 no allegations have been made by the petitioners about any disturbance by the respondent nos. 6 to 20. The petitioners have also not annexed any copy of any complaint alleging that such disturbances persist.

Under such circumstances, no order can be passed in this writ petition.

The petitioners are at liberty to approach the appropriate authority of the Pandua Police Station in accordance with law in case any offence is further committed by the respondent nos. 6 to 20.

The other remedies available to the petitioners under the civil law, are kept open.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are to act on the server copy of this order.
