It appears that thirteen years have passed but the hearing of the suit has not been concluded. 3.

Considering the nature of relief prayed for, service is dispensed with.

On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, the civil revision is disposed of with the direction that the trial Court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the Title Suit No. 17 of 2012, expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of this order.

Civil Revision is accordingly disposed of.

7. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
