Upon perusal of the documents which have been annexed to the writ petition, it does not appear that the alleged disturbance over possession and cultivation of land by the petitioners still persists. The last incident is of 2012.

Under such circumstances, this court is unable to pass any mandatory directions.

The petitioners are at liberty to approach the appropriate authority of the Pandua Police Station in accordance with law, in case any further offence is committed by the respondent nos. 6 to 35.

The other remedies available to the petitioners under the civil law are kept open.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are to act on the server copy of this order.
