The petitioner is aggrieved that Chanditala Police Station is not completing investigation despite the same being monitored by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hooghly.

It is ordered that Chanditala Police Station shall complete the investigation and submit a report in the final form before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hooghly mandatorily and positively within 45 days from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
