In the judgment dated 30th April, 2024, the name of one of the learned advocates, who appeared for the appellant in M.A.T. 1268 of 2023 has gone down wrongly as 'Ms. Sangita Saba Yasmin'. The same shall be corrected and the name of the learned advocate be mentioned as 'Ms. Sagufta Saba Yasmin'.
