The earlier one being CRM 8844 of 2020 dated 18.11.2020 having been rejected in 2020. Counsel for the State submits that the petitioner was originally enlarged on bail and was absconding for a period of four years.

Considering the conduct of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain the application for bail. Hence, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. It is, however, seen that 11 of the 26 named witnesses have already been examined by the prosecution. It is, therefore, directed that the trial be completed as expeditiously as possible, preferably within eight months from the date of communication of a copy of this order.
