Having regard to the prayer so advanced for quashing the proceedings, I am of the view that the same is not based on appropriate foundation of law as the documents on which the prosecution proposes to rely upon have not been incorporated alongwith the revisional application.

Petitioner is granted liberty to agitate the points at the appropriate stage of the trial.

No interference is called for at this stage.

Accordingly, C.R.R. 2207 of 2021 is dismissed. Pending applications, if any, are consequently dismissed.
