This Court does not have the territorial jurisdiction to entertain the writ petition as both the parties and the property in question are in the State of Bihar. As such, the petitioners would not like to press this petition and would like to file an appropriate application in the State of Bihar.

On his prayer, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioners for seeking appropriate relief in the State of Bihar. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
