The present writ petition is not maintainable, since a challenge lies against certain orders of the arbitrator under Section 37 and against the award of the arbitrator under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

As such, WPA 17412 of 2021 is dismissed as not maintainable, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum with a properly constituted challenge against the impugned decision of the arbitrator. It is made clear that the merits of the matter have not been gone into.

Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
