Bhattacharjee ....for the respondent nos.5 to 9 It is rightly pointed out by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that an equally efficacious alternative remedy is available to the petitioner before the forum as stipulated under Rule 106 Sub-Rule 15(2) of the West Bengal Co-operative Societies Rules, 2011.

In such view of the matter, WPA No.17411 of 2021 is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum as designated in law with the dispute as raised in the present writ petition.

If so approached, the said forum will decide the issue in accordance with law

without being influenced by any of the observations made herein.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
