The present criminal revision of the year 2019 is filed praying for setting aside of order no.7 dated 11.06.2019 passed by the Sessions Judge, Birbhum at Suri in Criminal Revision No.04 of 2019 arising out of order dated 07.01.2019 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dubrajpur, Birbhum in connection with Misc. Case No.5/16 in an application under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
