The present criminal revision of the year 2019 is filed praying for setting aside of Judgement dated 6.7.2019 passed by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Fast Track, Second Court, Asansol in Criminal Appeal No.21 of 2017 under Section 29 of the PWDV Act, 2005.
