Chowdhury .....For the Private Respondents The petitioner is alleging that the private respondents by their criminal activities are causing serious disturbances in his pisciculture business.

The petitioner complains that the respondent no. 7 the Inspector-in-Charge Minakha Police Station is not taking appropriate steps against the private respondents. The petitioner prays that the said respondent no. 7 may be directed to initiate criminal proceeding against the said respondents.

Mr. Santanu Kumar Mitra, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State respondents submits a report of the respondent no. 7 wherefrom it appears that a criminal case being, Minakha Police Station Case No.303/21

dated October 27, under Sections 447/448/323/379//506/34 of the Indian Penal Code has been registered against all of the private respondents. The said report is taken on record.

The grievance of the petitioner since has been addressed no further order need be passed in the present writ petition.

W.P.A. 17413 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly, without any order as to costs.
