Mr. R. N. Bag Mr. Wasim Akram Ms. Piyas Choudhury ...for the petitioner Mr. Debabrata Chatterjee Mr. Arani Bhattacharyya ..for the State Learned senior counsel representing the petitioner submits that this is a second application for anticipatory bail. This is being moved because of ongoing illness of the petitioner and a consequent proposition that it would have been impossible for him to impregnate someone.

This is not a material change in circumstance so as to maintain a second application for anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the second application for anticipatory bail, without there being any material change in circumstance, is rejected as not maintainable.
