The present revision had been preferred against an order dated 06.07.2019 passed by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Kandi, Murshidabad in connection with Bharatpur Police Station Case No.129/2018 dated 21.06.2018 under Section 363/365/376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, in C. Special Case No.27/2018.

Considering the submission of the learned advocate on record and the materials on record, the present revision is thus disposed of as infructuous.

All connected applications thereto stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
