It is submitted that the Crown as well as Deities have been handed over and received by Mr. Radha Nath Nandy, petitioner appearing in person.
The agreements are stated to have been executed between the parties. There is some dispute as regards the person, who has signed the same.
This Court does not wish to enter into the same. It is further submitted that a civil suit has been filed by the writ petitioner before the City Civil Court at Calcutta.
The parties may thrash out their disputes before the Civil Court.
