In view of submissions made by Mr. Satyam Mukherjee, learned advocate for the appellants, we propose to dispose of this appeal by requesting the learned trial court to hear out the interim application upon notice to the respondents within three months from date preferably.

The interim order passed by this court on 18th July, 2024 will continue till 14th November, 2024 or until further orders, of the learned trial court, whichever is S.D.

earlier. All points are kept open before the said court. The appellants have the liberty to pray for extension of the interim order before learned court below.

Such prayer shall be considered and decided in accordance with law.
