Mr. Arijit Ganguly Mr. Sanjib Kumar Dan ...... for the State Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners contends they were unable to arrange for local sureties and hence, they could not appear and pray for regular bail.
In view of the aforesaid submission, we modify the condition of anticipatory bail and direct in the event of arrest petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further condition that the petitioners, except the petitioner No. 3 and 4
shall meet the investigation officer once in a week until further orders.
Petitioners shall appear before the court below and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date. Accordingly, application being CRAN 1 of 2021 is disposed of.
