The writ petitioner is aggrieved that a complaint filed by him dated 28th September, 2021 addressed to Netaji Nagar Police Station, has not been investigated. Counsel for the State produces instructions of the Officer-in-charge, Netaji Nagar Police Station, in the form of a report addressed to the State Advocate. The same is taken on record.

It appears from the said report that there are long-standing disputes between the petitioner and the private respondents regarding possession of certain properties and a civil suit is pending in that regard. It further appears from the said report that there are

some complaints which have been diarized by the Netaji Nagar Police Station.

It is expected that the said complaint and the one dated 28th September, 2021 is appropriately investigated and a suitable decision is taken whether to lodge the FIR or not, within a period of two weeks from date.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
