The earlier order dated 29th October, 2021 passed by this court reflects that the interim bail granted earlier on 29.10.2021 is valid till 15th December, 2021. In view of the report so submitted, I do not want to alter the conditions as imposed earlier.

Accordingly, the interim bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 29.10.2021 is, hereby, confirmed. With these observations, the application for bail being CRM 6943 of 2021 is disposed of.

Accordingly, the connected application being CRAN 1 of 2021 is also disposed of.
