The full court fees have been paid by the petitioners and the document showing full court fees is kept on record.

This matter relates to certificate to be issued by the N. I. O. S. which has not been given to the petitioners.

However, the learned advocate for the N. I. O. S. submits that the Nodal Officer is to take appropriate steps and to send the papers of the petitioners to N. I. O. S. without which the N. I. O. S. cannot take further step.

I direct the Nodal Officer who is an officer of the Education Department, Government of West Bengal to send all papers of the petitioners to N. I. O. S. by 9th February, 2023 and the N. I. O. S. is directed

to issue certificates by seven days thereafter to the petitioners.

With this direction and observation the writ application is disposed of.
