1. Police filed charge sheet and, therefore, the requirement of the order granting bail dated August 23, 2024 on the petitioner to report to the Inspector-in-Charge/Officer-in-Charge of Raniganj Police Station once in a week, until further orders is waived.

2. Petitioner is a resident of Dhanbad.

3. Consequently, we are not inclined to waive the requirement of the order granting bail on the petitioner to remain within the jurisdiction of the local police station as the trial is yet to be concluded.

4. At this stage, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, his client wants to report to the Inspector-inCharge/Officer-in-Charge of Raniganj Police Station once a month.

5. Consequently, petitioner will report to the Inspector-inCharge/Officer-in-Charge of Raniganj Police Station once a month, until further orders, as prayed for.

6. All other conditions of the order granting bail dated August 23, 2024 will remain the same.

7. IA No.: CRAN 1 of 2025 in CRM (NDPS) 1091 of 2024 is disposed of accordingly.
