The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that information was furnished with the Officer-inCharge, Rajarhat Police Station as well as with the Bidhannagar Police Commissionerate relating to inaction of the police authorities so far as some of the persons against whom accusations have been made. Petitioner complains that she has been subjected to ill-treatment and torture at the behest of the private respondents.

State has submitted a report which reflects that police authorities are aware that Nemai Mondal and his two sons viz. Surajit Mondal and

Ranjit Mondal along with the wife Sayali Mondal are the persons against whom accusations have been made by the petitioner. The dispute as has been found on enquiry is in relation to an undivided and un-demarcated property which can only be adjudicated by a civil court.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent nos. 4 to 7 disputes and denies the contention of the petitioner.

I find from the report that police authorities have drawn up proceedings under Section 126 of BNSS. Police authorities would continue their surveillance and ensure that no untoward incident results. Petitioner, if she is aggrieved by the act and action of the police authorities, would approach the jurisdictional Magistrate for necessary reliefs. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 16099 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
