The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that a false complaint has been lodged against the petitioner and the petitioner is innocent. It is further submitted that there has been no transaction between the parties. 2.

The learned Counsel for the State has produced the case record which includes the statement of the petitioner recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The petitioner appears during investigation pursuant to the notice under Section 41A of the Code of Criminal Procedure and has made certain statements which inculpate him.

Considering the materials available in the case diary and there is a possibility of others involved in job for cash scam, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
