Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of directions passed in T.S. 645 of 2012, the private respondents have demolished the structure in violation of the order of the civil court.

Learned advocate for the State is present and complains that the same is a landlord tenant dispute wherein the civil court is in seisin of the issue. Having considered that the civil court is already in seisin of the issue, petitioner if he is aggrieved of any act and action of the respondents would approach the civil court for any breach of its order. If there are any directions of the civil court upon the police authorities, they would act in

consonance with the same. No interference is called for at this stage.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 16208 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
