Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that petitioner and respondent no.8 have made applications for mutual transfer on portal and in support of same reliance is placed on documents which are at pages 17 and 18 of the writ petition.

The grievance of the petitioner is till date transfer applications of the petitioner and respondent no.8 have not been considered by the concerned authority of the West Bengal Central School Service

Commission.

Learned advocate for the Commission submits that since there are certain shortcomings in the portal which is operational for processing the mutual transfer applications of the teachers, till date decision could not be taken.

State respondents are represented by learned advocates.

Respondent no.8 is also represented.

Having considered the respective submissions made on behalf of the parties, Court directs the Secretary, West Bengal Central School Service Commission being respondent no.10 to decide mutual transfer applications of the petitioner and respondent no.8 by eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Before taking decision petitioner and respondent no.8 shall be provided opportunity to appear before the respondent no.10 and at the time of making deliberation petitioner and respondent no.8 shall produce relevant documents in support of their claim for mutual transfer.

The reasoned decision to be taken by the respondent no.10 shall be communicated to the parties by fortnight thereafter.

10. The writ petition stands disposed of.

11. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

12. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned Advocates for the parties on the usual undertakings.
