Case No.1732 of 2022 presently pending before the learned Chief Judicial Masgistrate, Howrah.

Petitioner's contention is that the petitioner obtained anticipatory bail from the Sessions Court and thereafter consistently appearing before the Trial Court after obtaining anticipatory bail. He thereafter became aware that the Court had issued warrant of arrest against him and now he wants to surrender before the Court below. Haring heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the State, represented by Mr. Keshari, the liberty is given to the petitioner to surrender before the Trial Court within a period of two weeks from date. In the event of such surrender, the Trial Court will consider petitioner's prayer in accordance with law without being influenced by any observation made herein. The impugned order dated 23.05.2022 by which the warrant of arrest has been issued against the present

petitioner is hereby stayed for a period of two weeks or till petitioner surrender before the Trial Court, whichever is earlier. CRR 3172 of 2025 along with connected application stands disposed of.
