By an order dated 12th August, 2022 to the B.L. & L.R.O., Bankura was directed to pass an order taking into account the available materials before the court. An affidavit of compliance has been filed on behalf of the State in court today.

The orders culminated in the order dated 29th August, 2022 indicating that demarcation has been done, as directed by this court.

Since nothing further remains in the writ petition, W.P.A.16728 of 2022 is disposed of.

The apprehension of the petitioners with regard to obstruction by the private respondents in the petitioners' enjoyment of the land is not required to be gone into. The petitioners always have the liberty to approach the court if the petitioners face any such obstruction from the private respondents.
