1. The Report filed by the CESC Limited pursuant to the order dated 29th July, 2025 be kept with the record. It appears from the Report that the CESC Limited are ready and willing to provide a loop meter connection to the premises of the petitioner upon payment of all charges and after all statutory compliances are adhered to.

2. In view of the Report dated 2nd August, 2025 WPA/16153/2025 stands disposed of by directing the CESC Authorities to provide a loop connection from the existing meter board to the premises of the petitioner after compliance with all necessary formalities including payment of any statutory dues.

3. In carrying out the above exercise the CESC Authorities are at liberty to take Police assistance if necessary in accordance with law.

It is made clear that the payment of Police assistance should be exclusively borne by the petitioner.

3. With the above directions, WPA/16153/2025 stands disposed of.

4. The above exercise is to be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.
