The petitioner is aggrieved that despite having succeeded in the process of allotment of Retail Fuel Outlet, in a selection process conducted by Bharat Petroleum Limited and despite having fulfilled all the criteria and approvals, the order of commissioning of the Petrol Pump has not been issued to him.

Counsel for the respondent no.1 submits that there has been an objection from a citizen that he could not participate in the process of selection by reason of a print error in the advertisement with regard to the State Highway Number.

The respondent no.1 is in the process of dealing with and/or disposing of such objection.

It is submitted that the commissioning order to the petitioner shall be issued as expeditiously as possible most likely within a period of 45 days from date.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
