The petitioner is aggrieved that despite a decree of a Civil Court, the private respondents' object to the petitioner parking his car. It is also complained that the private respondents are obstructing and causing nuisance to his vehicle and self.

The petitioner has complained to the Bhowanipore Police Station in that regard but in vain. Counsel for the private respondents submits that the decree of the learned 2nd Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division) Alipore, South 24 Parganas in Title Suit No. 692 of 2010 is pending consideration in appeal.

Be that as it may, this Court is of the view that the disputes between the parties are petty. The private respondents shall not obstruct or damage the petitioner's car in any way. Civil rights of the parties

may be dealt with before the appropriate Civil Forum or in the pending appeal.

Bhowanipore Police Station shall, however, ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
