Learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that this revisional application became infructuous as the petitioners have been acquitted from their charges under Section 341/376/417/323/506/345 of IPC by the learned Additional District Judge vide its order dated 31st January, 2023.

On a Court complaint dated 04.07.2014 of Latika Bayen @ Lata Das, Kandi P.S Case No. 394 of 2014 under Sections 341/376/418/323/307/ 506/34 of IPC was started against the petitioners. Investigation of this case was ended into the charge-sheet being No. 684 of 2014 under the same Sections. Petitioner prayed for quashing of the said charge-sheet in this revisional application. After

order of acquittal nothing remains in this revisional application to decide.

As such the revisional application deserves to be dismissed as it became infructuous.

Accordingly, CRR 2121 of 2017 along with CRAN 1 of 2017 is disposed of.

Interim order/orders, if any stands vacated.

There is no order as to the cost.
