This is an application filed under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for quashing of the Order dated 24.05.2011 in G.R. Case No. 1102 of 2009 arising out of Haroa Police Station Case No.

dated 13.06.2009 under Sections 341/325/326/304/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

On perusal of the application, the impugned Order and other materials on record, it appears that exercise of jurisdiction under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is unwarranted.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application stands dismissed on merit.
