Heard both the parties in this matter.

The petitioner has challenged the alleged rejection of his tender in technical bid. When this Court asked the petitioner to show the document that he has participated in the tender and when he has participated in the tender, he could not show from the writ petition of such participation and he wants this court to look into his mobile to see his participation. This Court cannot take into account since the whole claim or allegation is based on the rejection of his tender and not allowing him to participate in that tender but the basic document of his

attempt to participate in the tender itself has a part of the writ petition.

Accordingly, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition and the writ petition, being WPA 17419 of 2021 is dismissed.
