Mr. Bandyopadhyay, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the order impugned is appealable and instant revisional application assailing the said order has been filed erroneously. He prays leave to withdraw it.

Prayer is allowed, C.O. 2368 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Liberty, however, is granted to the learned Advocate-on-record for the petitioner to take back the certified copy of the impugned order upon furnishing a photocopy thereof.
