The instant application has been filed against the Order dated 28th July, 2011 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Hooghly in Criminal Motion No. 139/2011 in connection with Criminal Misc. Case No. 657 of 2011 under Section 144(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Since the original impugned order has met with statutory death long ago, the instant application is now infructuous.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed on merit.
