Case No.101 of 2018 punishable under Sections 21(C)/29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that chargesheet has already been submitted and some of the witnesses have already been examined.

We have heard learned counsel appearing for both the parties and considering the commercial quantity of contraband having been seized, prima facie, from the possession of the petitioner

which is reflected in the case diary, the prayer for bail is considered and rejected.

Thus, the application being, CRM 6964 of 2021 is disposed of. However, the Special Jude, NDPS is requested to take up the trial as expeditiously as possible.
