The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that immediately after having knowledge of the order dated 16.01.2025 passed in C.O. 1675 of 2024, private respondents have been adamant, aggressive and threatening the petitioner of dire consequences.

State has submitted a report which reflects that a long standing civil dispute is existing between the petitioner and the private respondents. The concerned police authorities have already drawn up proceedings under Section 126 of BNSS. Having considered that the police authorities are acquainted with the nature of the dispute existing between the petitioner and the private respondents, I direct that the police authorities

would continue their surveillance and ensure that no untoward incident results because of the inimical relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 16103 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
