Learned advocate representing the Corporation/ contemnor produces copy of the order dated 9th December, 2025 passed by the Municipal Building Tribunal, Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation in Appeal No.08 of 2025 (BMC).

It appears therefrom that BMC has been directed not to take any coercive measure in respect of the impugned construction till next date of hearing which is scheduled on 26th February, 2026.

Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that no notice of appeal was served upon his client.

Be that as it may, it will be open for the writ petitioner to take necessary steps before the Tribunal.

The contempt application stands disposed of.

All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
