A report has been submitted by the office pointing out a typographical error in the Court's orders dated 20.02.2025 and 06.03.2025 wherein the petitioner's name has been wrongly mentioned as 'Basabi Pramanik' instead of 'Basabi Pramanik Bhunia'.

From a bare perusal of the cause title of the writ petition, the office report appears to be correct. 3.

We, therefore, direct that the petitioner's name in the cause title of the Court's orders dated 20.02.2025 and 06.03.2025 be read as 'Basabi Pramanik Bhunia' instead of 'Basabi Pramanik'. 4.

The orders stand modified accordingly.
