Learned counsel for the petitioner states that as per charge-sheet, the only allegation against him is that against the petitioner is that she was handed over the minor girl by the main accused Shanara Begum. Learned counsel submits that petitioner is in custody for the last more than 140 days. 2.

Learned counsel for the State vehemently opposes the bail application. Learned counsel submits that the present petitioner is principal offender who indulged in the human trafficking. Learned counsel submits that petitioner could be arrested with great difficulty from Rajasthan.

Perusal of the charge-sheet indicates that it is a case of human trafficking of a minor girl child. The kidnapped minor girl child was recovered from the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the State has also submitted that other similar kinds of cases are also pending against the petitioner and other co-accused.

Thus, it seems to be a racket operating in the human trafficking, thus on the face of the petitioner is not entitled to bail.

Accordingly, the application for bail is rejected. (Dinesh Kumar Sharma, J.)
