Petitioners approached this Court as the State 11.08.2025 Court No. 35 M/L. No.761 Rakib authorities did not take steps. The information was furnished to the police authorities on or about 13.06.2024.

Prima facie, I find that there is issue relating to land.

Learned advocate for the private respondent nos. 7 and 8 is present and denies and disputes the contention advanced in the writ petition.

As none appears on behalf of the State Mr. Samrat Paul, learned advocate who ordinarily appears for the State is directed to represent the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities. Having considered that the representation was dated 13.06.2024, if any inconvenience is faced so far as the law and order is concerned, petitioners will file a fresh representation to the Officer-in-Charge of the local police station who would consider the same in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 17158 of 2024 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
