Learned advocate also insists on the fact that the police authorities are only harassing their labourers but the persons who are raising illegal construction are not booked in criminal cases.

Consequent to which, illegal construction is taking place at night.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report which reflects that

several criminal cases have been registered. The police authorities, lastly, on 5.06.2025 has also registered a case.

Learned advocate for the private respondents disputes and denies the contentions advanced by the petitioner.

Having considered that the learned civil court is already in seisin of the issues, any breach of the order of the civil court would be considered by the civil court itself. As the police authorities are patrolling, they would continue their surveillance as also ensure that no untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the petitioners and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 16311 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be

handed over to the petitioner.
