The last of the representation which is reflected in the writ petition is of the year 2021. Petitioner if he is faced with inconveniences in carrying on his business will advance a fresh representation to the local police station, thereafter to the Superior Officer of the Police and in case no action is taken he would be at liberty to take steps before the jurisdictional Magistrate in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 16243 of 2025 is disposed of.
